More Than A Festival… My Hometown Fest Is Sarasota’s Heartbeat.

Bold music. Bold flavors. Bold community. Y’all… this is where Sarasota gathers, celebrates, and gives back.

My Hometown Fest’s story.

My Hometown Fest was born from one simple idea. That idea was to bring our community together over what we all love (great music, great food, and great beer), while raising funds to benefit kids with speech and language needs.

Discover how our festival makes a difference in the community.

My Hometown Fest (MHF) was founded by Sertoma Club of Greater Sarasota in spring 2016 as a fundraiser to support the club’s charitable activities. These include Sertoma Kids Speech and Language Center, which serves families regardless of their ability to pay.

Since our first event (2016), many thousands of Sarasotan people have danced, sipped, and savored side-by-side while raising funds for local charities. My Hometown Fest is a cherished tradition. Or perhaps more appropriately, it’s a statement, and a celebration of everything that makes Sarasota special.

And it’s become that way because of people like you. Your presence, your energy, your generosity matters, and makes My Hometown Fest what it is. So… thank you.
