Food, Beer, & Spirits at My Hometown Fest 2026
Welcome to the tastiest corner of Sarasota’s fave festival. My Hometown Fest 2026 ain’t just a music festival. (We know it sounds cliche, but it’s true.) It’s more of a full-on culinary & craft beverage journey for craft beer enthusiasts, foodies with a sense of adventure, or people who love gnoshing their way through a festival with friends… MHF is your playground.

A Florida-style feast of local flavor.
My Hometown Fest’s roots are local, and our vendors reflect that.
At My Hometown Fest 2026, you’ll find more than your standard festival fare.
You’ll experience Sarasota’s culinary scene cuisine at its most vibrant. Expect more than 30 food vendors offering everything from gourmet handheld bites to indulgent comfort food, and even some vegan and gluten-free surprises.
Well-known local heroes like Gecko’s Grill share space with hidden gems such as The Toasted Yolk Café, serving up inventive takes on brunch favorites.
There’s also Fiorelli Winery, pouring small-batch wines from the heart of Florida, and Wicked Weed Brewing, bringing their award-winning Asheville craft creations to Sarasota. The mix means you’ll taste the familiar and discover your new favorite spot… all in one afternoon.

Unique tasting menus & pairings.
One of the most underrated parts of My Hometown Fest is how the large variety of vendors let you go beyond standard “samples” to create a kind of mini tasting menu of your own just for the event.
Imagine sipping a crisp IPA from Big Top Brewery while sampling a slider topped with smoked local seafood. Or imagine pairing a glass of Fiorelli’s signature blueberry wine with an artisanal cheese plate.
Cool, right?
Point is, we coordinate with brewers, distillers, and chefs to craft exclusive festival-only bites and drinks. It’s a chance to experience limited-time pairings you won’t find on any regular menu.
60+ craft beers from local breweries like the ones below.
Beer-lovers rejoice! My Hometown Fest’s spirits vendors are pouring more than 60 craft beers spanning styles, regions, and brewing philosophies. From Sarasota’s beloved Big Top Brewery to national standouts like Tampa Bay Brewing Company, plus small-batch experimentals you’ve never tried before…
…this is a dream lineup curated for tasting, comparing, and falling in love with something new.
And if you’re not a beer drinker, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with local wines, ciders, and small-batch spirits as well. Whether it’s a crisp Florida white wine, a botanical gin cocktail, or a rich nitro cold brew from a local coffee roaster, your glass will never be boring.

Small lines, big enjoyment.
OK, all festivals have lines for food and drink, it’s just part of how these events go.
But at My Hometown Fest, we aim to keep queue times as small as possible, but having so many vendors available.
We know nothing kills a festival vibe like waiting forever for food or beer. So My Hometown Fest features an abundance of vendors, spread all across the venue.
More taps, tents, and volunteers mean shorter queues and faster service, so you can spend your time sipping and savoring… not standing too long in line.
We’re also providing a few shaded rest areas and picnic-style seating, making it easy to regroup with friends, compare tasting notes, and plan your next round of bites or brews… but you’ll have to share. 🙂
Meet the makers & build relationships.
My Hometown Fest has connection at it’s heart.
Our vendors and brewers are on-site because they love meeting people who care about good food and drink.
So, please feel free to chat with a chef about their secret sauce. Or ask a brewer how they developed that unique IPA. Or swap recommendations with a winemaker about which foods pair best with their vintage.
My Hometown Fest is a rare chance to build relationships with the people behind the flavors, and that sense of Sarasota community adds a special spark to every sip and bite.
Hidden gems worth discovering.
Let’s talk hidden gems.
While heavy-hitters like Big Top Brewery and Gecko’s Grill & Pub bring the star power, it’s our lesser-known vendors who often steal the show.
Past attendees rave about stumbling across new favorites they’d never heard of before, so this time around, in 2026, look out for:
- The Toasted Yolk Café – Brunch classics with a bold twist.
- Fiorelli Winery – Handcrafted Florida wines in unique flavors.
- Wicked Weed Brewing – We even get breweries from outside Sarasota making an appearance. Wicked Weed is an iconic Asheville brewery known for sours and creativity.
…plus a rotating lineup of Sarasota’s best-kept secrets in food and drink.
And remember, by attending, you’re also supporting local entrepreneurs and helping Sarasota’s independent food and beverage scene thrive.
With so many options, the best strategy is to come hungry, thirsty, and curious. Show your ticket at the gate, glance at the program or vendor map, and start your journey.
🎟️ If you haven’t booked your ticket yet, the time to act is now. Secure your spot now to guarantee entry and get ready to taste Sarasota’s boldest flavors.
